Put your brother printer on maintenance mode
If you are going to turn the Maintenance Mode on, in the first step, you have to remove the power cord of your printer. Then you have to press the Menu/Start Set button and then hold it down.
By pressing down that button, you need to plug in the power cord. You have to press that button until your brother printer displays the Maintenance mode message.

Restart the purge counter
