· Click the + icon next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers tab.

· Right click on USB Composite Device, click Uninstall, & then click OK.

· Disconnect the USB cable from the computer, wait for 10 seconds & reconnect it.

· Follow the on-screen instructions of the “Found New Hardware” wizard to install the drivers.

· Right click the printer icon & then click Print Test Page to print a Windows self-test page.

· Close all windows & try printing from the application you had used before.

· Step three, Reinstall the HP Software

· If the suggested steps do not fix the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the HP software.
